But it seems to me that the title "Mentor" is the higher. Like you said, if Yusuf is the Mentor of Constantinople and not the National Guild, does this meen that there is 2 Mentors in the Country? One being Yusuf for Constantinople and another being for the Country? For me, it doesn't make sense. I could be wrong.
