The disciple approached the main tent guarded by a Xiongnu warrior.

They directed their course to another tent, overhearing another conversation along the way, this time between a purple-garbed soldier and a Xiongnu.

After that, they were saved by Modu from a Xiongnu ambush, who warned them that their sworn brother's murderer was in Tulu Pass. The disciple parted ways with him to try and catch the Qin official.
