	Yusuf was the "Leader of the Turkish Assassins", as this was the position Dogan took over when he died. (Years of crying!) So, unless the hierarchy of the Turkish Assassin Branch is different than that of the Italian Branch, then no, he wasn't the same rank as Ezio. Ezio was the Mentor of the Italian Branch, so I think there would be, somewhere, a Mentor of the Turkish Branch. But perhaps they didn't have a Mentor at that time... I'm not sure. But Yusuf made a pretty big deal about Ezio being a Mentor when they first met. Not to mention all the Assassins in their Headquarters give him a nice bow and always call him Mentor- something I never saw them do with Yusuf. Yusuf did not meet the qualifications for Mentor, so he wasn't one.
