Historically, there's some grey area in where a topographic descriptor becomes a {{wiki\|toponymic surname}} like 'da Firenze' or 'da Vinci'. For example, I'm not sure if 'of Siwa' and 'of Sparta' could be considered official parts of Bayek and Kassandra's names or are they just descriptors for clarification. But anyway I guess that's beside the point since 'the Poisoner' itself even a real name but an alias. Is he called "the Poisoner of Athens" in a menu or just in dialogue?
