	Wow! So glad I created this article and spent my valuable time writing it so that it could be completely changed into something that completely defeats my original purpose! There was a gap in information that I could not find on the internet, had to play most of the games to understand myself, and this article no longer addresses that at all. 			Unrelated, this is exactly the kind of page that does ''NOT'' benefit from being written in an in-universe perspective and just doesn't make any sense when it does. This is a gameplay mechanic, what person renovated some buildings won't interest anyone. I'm sure a lot of people did.
