Looking at the edit history, it was first created as just 'Jacobin', but then moved to 'Jacobins' instead. The organization has a number of names, but since Jacobins is a much more simplified term, I guess they just stick to that. However, the reason why it is at 'Jacobins' is probably to be consistent with '[[Assassins]]' and '[[Templars]]' which incidentally should technically be titled 'Assassin Brotherhood' and 'Templar Order' instead. As I understand, they are titled the way they are due solely to tradition; those were the original titles for those pages, based off of how in the earliest days of ''Assassin's Creed'' game databases tended to title entries on groups of people using the demonyms of their group in plural.
