			::Actually to be honest, I'm not clear on all cases, but it definitely isn't just about which media is more accessible. An extremely obscure NPC in a widely accessed game doesn't weigh up to an actual supporting character in new book (that it is currently only available in French isn't a factor). IU signifiance aside, what also matters is the character's relative importance to the whole series.
