(but even so how long does it take a letter to get from a guy shipwrecked off of South Africa to England). I say this because in Chap. 3, it starts off, "...As far as the British army knew, he (Price) had died a year ago. In June of 1852, a man calling himself (Simeon) Jack Straw..." I'll make the Bts.
