			V.O.V. being Vincit Omnia Veritas makes sense, it is even in his grave! (source: http://img707.imageshack.us/img707/6398/datastreamloadingsequen.jpg). 			These memories are definitely of William Robert Woodman. His Wikipedia page says that one of his mottos was "Vincit Omnia Veritas", which means "Truth Rules All." This saying is also the title of the third "memory block" or section in the PDF file. The Golden Dawn apparently often referred to its members by abbreviations of their mottos, so this title is likely saying "Brother Vincit Omnia Veritas" for William Robert Woodman.
