	While I don't think the Council talked about here actually is the Council of Elders, this is the only reference of the leadership of a Rite classified as a Council and it is prior to 17th century where the earliest activity of the Council of Elders is known alongside other international governmental bodies of the Templars such as the Inner sanctum and Black Cross. 			That part is possibly my fault. Because in the Traditional Chinese version of ''[[Assassin's Creed: Black Flag]]'', the book translated the "The counsel" as the "長老會", which is a literal translation of "The Council of Elders".
