Considering Aya spent quite a bit of time in Rome, it makes sense she would have learned the language to be able to communicate freely. 			I just completed AC:O from start to finish on Hard Difficulty, and Aya does not kill Cleopatra at the end of the game. She simply threatens her, and states that she will be the last pharaoh of Egypt in front of who I assume to be Cleopatra and Ceasar's Child.

			What's more, Aya is Greek. However, when she kills Septimius, she speaks the line that Ezio would say when he kills someone. "Requiescat in Pace." I don't know of any connection between her and Italy. She does confirm that she is Amunet. This is even weirder because Amunet's tomb is supposedly in Italy, but her mummified remains were confirmed to be buried alongside Bayek's in Egypt. Perhaps the tomb of Amunet in Italy is a fake. Or maybe there were two Amunets.
