	guys, are we for sure that he starts at rank ten?? because obviously he has rank nine equipment. (not having the syrain sword like Al mualim does (and Al mualim almost kills him with it too when altair yells at him at like rank 6 or something)) also, when he is given the silver knife al mualim says "your previous rank is restored to you" or something like that. 	:My idea? Altaïr links to eagles are undeniable, and he liked the other sword better. He upgraded it with knowledge from the Apple (maybe reforged using the same materials his armor were made of), and abondened the sirian. The sirian word, on the other way, hasn't changed a bit since the crusades, with the same blade, weight and balnce flaws it had since there, making it somewhat unsuitable for Renaissance and therefore being inferior to Altaïr's favorite sword. ;D -- [[User:D. 			It might be possible, but if it were so.. wouldn't have been mentioned in the codex how to make such a perfect sword? like the armor and all the other weapons and techniques have been mentioned?
