Takahashi Shiro was an explosive samurai, who was caught in the middle within his family's drama. He was a burly, tall, and bald individual who carried a [[kanabō]] as his main weapon.<ref name="Twisted Tree"/>

==Behind the scenes==
Depending on the player's choice and recovering all of the clues, if Takahashi Inoshichi is killed first, Shiro will join his brothers Taro, Jiro, and Saburo at the garden to avenge his father. Meanwhile, his other brother Goro and sister Ichi-Hime are freed from their family's grasp. Thus, Shiro may be killed at Nijo Palace or at the secret garden.
