Bayek was able to free Anen, allowing him to return to safety as he tracked down the tomb robbers and her husband's body. Sometime later, Raia and Anen was given the news that Ranofer's body had been burned, leaving nothing but the amulet that she had placed on his body. Raia thanked Bayek for his efforts, enthrusting him with the amulet.<ref name="Burnt Offerings" />
