In 1582, O-sen, along with her fellow competitors, followed former monk [[Unkai]] and began to kill any challengers at [[Gyoji]]'s arena at [[Ōminesan-ji]]. However, [[Japanese Brotherhood of Assassins|Kakushiba ''ikki'']] members [[Fujibayashi Naoe]] and [[Yasuke]] were invited by Gyoji to best her and her fellow warriors and to end their reign over the arena. O-sen faced off against them after they defeated her fellow competitors.
