In May 1519, Marguerite, alongside fellow French literature luminaries [[Clément Marot]] and [[François Rabelais]], enjoyed a vacation at the mansion at [[Ferme de Vaulnaveys]] in [[Grenoble]].&amp;lt;ref&amp;gt;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;[[Assassin&amp;#039;s Creed: The Last Quest of Leonardo da Vinci]]&amp;#039;&amp;#039; – Card 041&amp;lt;/ref&amp;gt; There, the trio of known friends and allies of [[Leonardo da Vinci]] were approached by an [[Assassins|Assassin]] searching for leads in their search for the clues to da Vinci&amp;#039;s [[haven]]s. Marguerite and the others expressed some skepticism, and decided to test the Assassin with a riddle each,&amp;lt;ref&amp;gt;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;[[Assassin&amp;#039;s Creed: The Last Quest of Leonardo da Vinci]]&amp;#039;&amp;#039; – Carnet de voyage 42&amp;lt;/ref&amp;gt; which they managed to answer correctly.
