==Biography==
In the late 9th century, Eyvind was posted to the snowy mountains north of [[Fornburg]] as a watchguard. However, he began suffering from sleep disorders due to the lack of sleep, attributed to the fear of ways the settlement could be attacked. As a consequence, when it was his turn to be on duty, Eyvind was unable to fall asleep.<ref name="ACV">''[[Assassin's Creed: Valhalla]]'' – [[The Dreamwalking Warrior]]</ref>

In 872, Eyvind was found sleepwalking by his fellows clansman [[Eivor]]. Unable to wake Eyvind from his sleepwalk, Eivor followed him as he got up and walked towards a nearby rope-slide. However, performing rope-slide was able to wake Eyvind up and he then informed Eivor of his woes. Eivor adviced him to get his much needed sleep when he's off duty, and asked him to report back before he's labelled as a deserter.<ref name="ACV" />
