There is no known connection between them and this earlier group of counter-Assassins beyond both sharing the Templar affiliation.

			In the [[Assassin's Creed: Identity downloadable content\|downloadable expansion]] ''[[Forlì – A Crimson Sunset]]'' for ''[[Assassin's Creed: Identity]]'', a number of Crows are shown to have survived the organization's defeat in Rome and fled to [[Forlì]], where they are eventually hunted down by Lo Sparviero. However, due to the expansion's story having many continuity issues and contradicting the events of ''[[Assassin's Creed II]]'', it is regarded as non-canon.
