	::Madeleine de l'Isle was the leader of the Lousianian Templars for the French Rite and Lawrence Washington was the leader of the Colonial Templars for the British Rite. So, there was at least two Master Templars who were also the leaders of their "franchised rite". So, there was at least two Master Templars who were also the leaders of their "franchised rite". It also appears that William Sleeman will have the same role for the British Templars in India.
