What about The Witcher 3 for GoTY? I've not played it (yet; it's currently wating on my shelf until I finish exams on Tuesday) but from what I've heard it's fantastic. But as Outsider says, Fallout 4 and Star Wars Battlefront also have a very good chance, especially as they're the type of game which tends to win it.
