<br />Batman isn't overpowered based on comic laws. However, Daredevil isn't a match for Batman, but he would still be able to handle thugs as easily as him. So whether they toned it down or not would be entirely their choice & wouldn't matter a whole lot if they didn't.

Unfortunately, chances of a Daredevil game happening are slim, since the only big studio that seems to be interested in developing superhero games is dedicated to DC. Obviously I'm referring to Warner Bros.
