Well, MAC and his team did work on the Tyranny of King Washington before so... I never played that DLC myself, so I don't know how those powers worked really. I think this "chameleon power" or whatever the hell it's called could be cool - it only becomes silly when Evie literally becomes invisible in the middle of a brightly-lit corridor or something. But it's not something she can use while moving, so I'm not sure just how game-breaking the ability would be. I'd have to see it in action :s
