'''''Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple'' Episode 138''' is the one hundred and thirty-eighth episode of [[Redice Studio]]'s webtoon ''[[Assassin's Creed: Forgotten Temple]]'', a sequel to ''[[Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag]]''. The webtoon, written by [[ARC]] and [[YEON]] and with art by [[Tabii]], was released on 16 December 2025.

==Plot synopsis==
As [[Bartholomew Roberts]], in his giant sea monster form, tears apart the ''[[Queen Anne's Revenge]]'', "[[Edward Kenway]]" and "[[Shimazu Saito]]" jump onto his tentacles and begin to fight him. Roberts taunts Edward and unleashes several tentacles to attack him and Saito, but the pair easily cut through them. Meanwhile, the [[Chinese Brotherhood of Assassins|Chinese Assassins]]' [[ship]] is caught in the battle, as Roberts' tentacles ensnare the vessel in an attempt to sink it. [[Liu Qing]] and [[Xue Yan]] try fighting back, but their efforts prove futile. With little time to spare, [[Xiao Han]] decides to face their assailant head-on.

Using a [[rope dart]] to propel himself, Xiao Han jumps onto one of Roberts' tentacles, where he is confronted by several apparitions of undead [[United Kingdom|British]] [[soldier]]s. Xiao Han easily dispatches them before seeing one of Roberts' tentacles about to strike Edward, and moves in to sever it. Edward is surprised to see his "[[Assassins|Brother]]" rescue him, and takes advantage of Roberts' similar astonishment to leap towards him. Activating his [[Hidden Blade]], Edward stabs Roberts in the chest, killing him a [[Royal Misfortune|second]] and, hopefully, final time.

As Roberts begins to disintegrate, Edward thanks Xiao Han for his assistance, to which the latter insists that he only helped remove a mutual obstacle. He then returns to his ship while Edward and Saito leap towards the ''[[Jackdaw]]'', landing in a crate full of hay. With the threat of Roberts removed, both the ''Jackdaw'' and the Chinese Assassins' ship sail towards the horizon, reaching the end of the simulation.

Suddenly, [[Noa Kim]] finds himself back in the [[Memory Corridor]], his consciousness now separated from Edward's. As the location around him begins to change, Noa, wearing his school uniform, is brought back to his old high school. Realizing the [[Forgotten Temple (Isu)|Forgotten Temple]] has created another simulation, this time based on his own past instead of Edward's, Noa finds himself face-to-face with his high school bullies and prepares to fight them.
