==Plot synopsis==
[[Shimazu Sei]] awakens inside the [[Zhawang Corporation]]'s headquarters in [[Jakarta]], confused about her surroundings. Despite struggling to stay on her feet, she makes her way to the room where [[Nathan Zhang|Nathan]] and [[Claire Zhang]] are supervising [[Noa Kim]] as he relives [[Edward Kenway]]'s [[Genetic memory|memories]] in the [[Brahman 3.0]]. After the siblings bring Sei up to speed with everything that has happened, including the fact that Noa saved her from [[Abstergo Industries]], Nathan brings over a television screen, allowing a [[DedSec]] [[Chicago fixer|member]] to speak with the [[doctor]].

The hacker claims that breaking into Abstergo's network is taking longer than they anticipated and that they do not have a moment to lose. Despite her reluctance to work with DedSec, Sei reveals that she is in possession of a backdoor code that should speed up the process. The hacker thanks her and expresses surprise at Sei's decision to betray Abstergo.
