Location

I'm fairly sure this is supposed to be in London, since Victoria Station can be seen on the image.--Bovkaffe (talk) 19:25, September 29, 2015 (UTC)

Well, seems like I spoke too soon. There was a borough called Buckingham, but it was abolished as part of some re-organisation stuff. Why was it removed from the official site then, though? They've said there were seven boroughs, but with the River Thames apparently counting as well, that'd make for eight boroughs :s Crook ^{The Constantine District} 19:32, September 29, 2015 (UTC)

From what I have seen in Gameplay footage, it seems that Buckingham will be part of the Westminster borough, at least in the game...Maxattac (talk) 21:00, September 29, 2015 (UTC)

Well, Buckingham Palace, at least, is in the City of Westminster, so it would make sense to me that this borough ("Buckingham") has been merged into Westminster in-game.
