'''Yoshimitsu Estate''' was an estate in [[Sakamoto]] in [[Ōmi]], [[Japan]] which served as the residence of [[Gamo Yoshimitsu]], a [[samurai]] in the service of [[Akechi Kagemitsu]].

In 1582, the samurai [[Yasuke]] visited the estate with [[Shōtei]] to challenge Yoshimitsu to a duel, as part of their plan to weaken Kagemitsu's strength in [[Sakamoto Castle]]. Yoshimitsu accepted the challenge and the two gathered in the courtyard.
