==Legacy==
Following his death, Verica was entombed in an old [[Verica's Tomb|vault]] and his resting place became a place of gathering of [[Britons]] until Emperor [[Nero]] ordered engineer [[Manius Calvisius]] to make access to the tombs difficult, in order to stop the Britons from fomenting rebellion against Rome.<ref name="ACV"/>

In the late 9th century, [[Vikings|Viking]] [[shieldmaiden]] [[Eivor Varinsdottir]] traversed his tomb, avoiding the traps and solving the puzzles constructed by Manius, as well as retrieving a strange artifact and [[Verica's Sickle]].<ref name="ACV"/>
