'''Toka Sinricsdottir''' was a [[Vikings|Viking]] [[shieldmaiden]]{{Fact|April 2022}} who lived in [[Francia|West Francia]] during the late 9th century. She was the daughter of ''[[jarl]]'' [[Sinric]] and the niece of [[Sigfred]] of the [[Elgring Clan]].

Following her father's death at the hands of the [[Franks]] under King [[Charles the Fat]], she was forced to seek help from ''jarlskona'' [[Eivor Varinsdottir]] of the [[Raven Clan]] in [[England]]. She struck a deal with Eivor, after stating that Charles the Fat's forces would soon set their sights on England once their campaign against the Viking settlers in West Francia was over.

Following the [[Siege of Paris (885–886)|siege of Paris]], the clan's leadership passed from Sigfred to Toka, who became ''jarlskona''. Under her, the Vikings reached an agreement with the Franks under Count [[Odo of France|Odo]] and were allowed to remain in Francia without hostility.
