The '''Spalda Fens''' was an area of the {{Wiki|The Fens|Fenlands}} of [[England|Eastern England]], located in the north of [[Grantebridgescire]] next to [[East Anglia]]. During the late 9th century, it served as the place where [[Goneril]], one of the [[Daughters of Lerion]], operated to hone her skill in the occult to confuse her enemies.

In the 870s, the fens was visited by the [[Viking]] [[Eivor Varinsdottir]], who went to inspect one of the corpses used by Goneril. Despite making use of the occult to disorient and confuse Eivor, Goneril was defeated and killed by Eivor, who looted a dagger from her corpse.<ref name="ACV">''[[Assassin's Creed: Valhalla]]''</ref>
