'''Sorin''' was a [[Japan|Japanese]] monk based at the [[Makinoodera Temple]] in Izumi Settsu during the late 16th century. He served as tthe former teacher of [[Junjiro]] before he abandoned monkhood in order to join the [[shinobi]] [[Fujibayashi Naoe]]'s [[Japanese Brotherhood of Assassins|group]].

==Biography==
In Late September 1581, Sorin and Junjiro came across a heavily wounded [[Fujibayashi Naoe]] lying unconscious next to the body of her father [[Fujibayashi Nagato|Nagato]] outside Katano Castle.
