In September 2012, [[Desmond Miles]] wishing to learn more about [[Cesare Borgia]] during his [[Animus]] session reliving his ancestor, [[Ezio Auditore da Firenze]]'s memories, asked his teammate [[Shaun Hastings]] about Cesare.
