==Biography==
Having travelled to Antioch several times before, Rashid was chosen to be part of the group sent to Antioch in 870, alongside [[Jessamyn]], [[Kalim]] and his sister Sihem. With his knowledge of the city, he led the group to the local [[Assassin bureau|bureau]], where they met with Basim and [[Hytham]]. Shortly after they met with [[Oisel]] and [[Matthias]] from [[Chinon]] and took the pair to meet with Basim,<ref name="Paragraph 041">''[[Assassin's Creed: The Silk Road]]'' - Paragraph 041</ref> who instructed the two groups to travel along the [[Silk Road]] towards [[Chang'an]] to stop the [[Snake-Eaters]], a branch of the [[Order of the Ancients]].<ref name="Paragraph 030">''[[Assassin's Creed: The Silk Road]]'' - Paragraph 030</ref>

After three months on the road, their caravan arrive at an Order stronghold.
