'''Pyros''' (died 1526) was a member of the [[Portuguese Rite of the Templar Order]]. Once a renowned pharmacist in [[Portugal]], Pyros and his group came into conflict against the [[Italian Brotherhood of Assassins]] led by [[Ezio Auditore da Firenze]], pursuing the [[Precursor box]] that was in Ezio's possession.

After arriving in [[China]] via the the Portuguese colony of [[Macau]], Pyros met the eunuch [[Zhang Yong]], who was the [[Templar]] leader of the [[Eight Tigers]]. After informing him of the Precursor boxes, Pyros aided Zhang Yong as he and his group pursued the [[Chinese Brotherhood of Assassins|Chinese Assassin]] [[Shao Jun]], who was believed to be in possession of Ezio's box.<ref name="DT">''[[Assassin's Creed: The Desert Threat]]''</ref>
