The '''Kasuga Shrine''' was a [[Japan|Japanese]] shrine in [[Iga|Iga Province]], nestled between the regions of Mibuno Vale and Otogi Pass. The Fujibayashi Clan Graveyard was located west of the shrine.

==History==
In November 1579, [[Fujibayashi Naoe]], a new initiate of the [[Iga ikki|Iga ''ikki'']] visited the shrine to retrieve a heirloom scroll belonging to Auntie [[Matsu]]'s family, hoping that it will provide useful knowledge to her training. Along the way, she eliminated several [[bandit|outlaws]] who attacked and sought to loot the shrine.<ref name="Mind and Body">''[[Assassin's Creed: Shadows]]'' – [[Mind and Body]]</ref>
