==Biography==
Ingrid fled to [[Hodda Shelter]] when the [[Muspels]] invaded her realm. She then left the shelter and was captured by both [[Jötnar|Jotun]] and Muspel warriors. Placed in a [[snake]] pit, she begged for her life until she was saved the [[Æsir]] lord [[Odin|Havi]], who killed the warriors. She thanked him and told him that the warriors planned to meet their [[Suttungr's Outriders|leader]] in the mountains, north of [[Svöduforsar]]. She then traveled back to her shelter.
