'''Frathi the Strong''' was a [[Vikings|Viking]] and member of the [[Raven Clan]]. Alongside [[Bragi (Viking)|Bragi]] and [[Nar]], as well as other 17 men, Frathi was part of the group that built a new longhouse for King [[Styrbjorn Sigvaldisson]].

Frathi was the strongest and stoutest man of the group, according to Bragi, as well as the fastest in cutting down trees, dropping 41 of them in only 2 days. On the third day, Nar was near upon felling his first tree, though it fell straight down upon Frathi. Nar called out, but it was too late. Frathi had only enough time to turn and face it, raising his arms to hold back the tree. The force of the tree's falling drove Frathi deep into the snow bank, yet his arms never let go.
