In 1714, [[British Brotherhood of Assassins|British]] [[Mentor]] [[Phillip Randall]] arranged a meeting with [[Master Assassin]] [[Duncan Walpole]] outside of Mrs. Salmon's Waxworks to discuss a mission involving the appearance of a new [[Sage]] in the [[Caribbean]].<ref name="ACMN"/> Forty years later, on 18 April 1754, after [[Assassination|assassinating]] [[Miko]], [[Templars|Templar]] [[Haytham Kenway]] took a coach to a Templar hideout on Fleet Street.<ref name="Performance">''[[Assassin's Creed III]]'' – [[A Deadly Performance]]</ref>

In 1868, the [[Whitechapel]] area near Fleet Street had a number of disappearances. [[George (Fleet Street)|George]], a deliveryman grew suspicious of the source of the manure, meat and [[leather]] he delivered to [[Stephen Bean|florist]], [[Moffat|baker]] and [[Tobias Jeffers|leatherworker]] of Fleet Street and tipped off Detective [[Murphy]]. Murphy's investigation aroused the leatherworker's anxiety, believing that the detective was coming too close to learning that he was the one behind the disappearances and he killed the detective. He proceed to flay him, making a handbag out of his skin, grinding his bones into manure and selling his meat to the bakery.
