The Assassin's Guild is opened up after a memory during Sequence 4 (Den of Thieves). It is located at [[Ezio]]'s [[Tiber Island]] Hideout, and it's purpose is to recruit new members assist citizens across [[Rome]] in fights against the Borgia. Recruits gain experience by being called to fight [[guards]] and by being sent on contracts.<br />
