So, what brings you to me?
Rosa was a member of the thieves faction led by Antonio in Assassin's Creed II. Ezio first encounters Rosa upon arriving in Venice, where she attempts to pickpocket him out of the money he was about to use to purchase a wooden model for Leonardo. Later, Ezio saves her after she was shot in the leg with an arrow while trying to climb the Palazzo della Seta, and was unable to run away from the guards. She eventually teaches Ezio the climb-leap ability.

Biography
Early life
Rosa was born in 1460. Nine months before, a Venetian nobleman paid a prostitute for her services and Rosa was the result of this event. The prostitute probably couldn't raise the child, so Rosa survived in the streets of Venice alone. At the age of fifteen, Rosa tried to steal from Antonio de Magianis, a stranger to her at this point, but was caught. Antonio, being the chief of the Venetian Thieves Guild, decided to keep Rosa as his pupil rather than sending her to the guards. Throughout her apprenticeship, Antonio noted many of her talents, especially her high level of agility. Antonio seemed to maintain a very parental relationship with Rosa as he would often call her sweetheart or little darling.

Assisting Ezio
By the year 1485, Emilio Barbarigo, in secret a member of the Templars, had complete control over Venice's merchant district. The Venetian thieves weren't satisfied with Emilio's rule and aspired to free the district's inhabitants. Rosa and a group of thieves attempted to infiltrate Emilio's Palazzo della Seta, but Rosa ended up getting shot in her leg by an archer. While trying to run back to the guild, she bumped into Ezio, whom she had previously robbed. He later helped her to fend off the attacking guards and also carried her to fellow thief Ugo, who put her in a boat. Ugo managed to get Rosa to the guild while Ezio took out the archers trying to kill them.

While recovering from her wounds, Rosa taught Ezio how to grab higher ledges. After Ezio's first successful climb-leap attempt, Rosa initiates a mission which challenged Ezio to climb the Santa Maria dei Frari within a time limit.

In a later mission, Rosa, along with several other of Antonio's thieves disguised themselves as archers Ezio had killed earlier. This was part of a larger plan which involved Ezio sneaking the the Palazzo della Seta to assassinate Emilio Barbarigo.

In 1488, on Ezio's birthday, Rosa gifted l'Arsenale's shipping manifest to Ezio. It detailed the return of a Templar boat the day after.

Madam of the Rosa in Fiore
In 1504, Claudia Auditore da Firenze, the madam of the Rosa in Fiore in Rome, stepped down after being assaulted by Borgia fanatics. Soon after, Antonio was contacted by his fellow Assassin La Volpe, who asked him if Rosa would like to replace Claudia as the brothel's madam. Rosa agreed and moved to Rome.

Characteristics and personality
Rosa, being the only female of the Venetian Thieves Guild, has a very aggressive, tough personality to match the male-dominated group, overall making her a tomboy. For example, a note from Antonio states that the thieves who tried to kiss Rosa were badly beaten up by her afterwards. She is not afraid to give orders or speak her mind to her fellow thieves (Ugo, for example, receives only insults from her, despite assisting in her rescue) as she will yell and insult them to their faces.

Rosa also appears to have one of the dirtiest mouths in the game after Caterina Sforza; this is shown after she gets shot in the leg, when she shouts "Bastardi!" left and right. Upon her initial run in with Ezio she claims she does not need assistance with her wound and Ezio is forced to follow and protect her until she eventually falls, at which point he carries her to safety. When carried to Antonio, she fiercely cursed him out while he was removing the arrow. After being rescued, Rosa’s personality and attitude toward Ezio changes drastically, becoming extremely flirtatious and more intimate, such as looking excited when Ezio stated he needed her, only to become disappointed when he wanted to learn her climbing technique. She seems to revert to her true self when around him instead of the tough thief image she maintains most of the time.

Relationship with Ezio
Like a lot of women in Assassin’s Creed II, Rosa becomes attracted to Ezio after their initial meeting, although she tried to pickpocket him by pretending to bump into him, causing Ezio to call her a jerk. However, unlike the majority of Ezio’s other love interests presented throughout the game, Ezio maintains a close, intimate friendship with Rosa and the two are often seen flirting whenever in each other's company, with an implied relationship during that period of their lives. Although, in the novel Assassin's Creed: Renaissance, Ezio and Rosa do have an intimate relationship together, constantly flirting and many cases of kissing.

Trivia
*She is one of the best free-runners in the Venetian Thieves Guild.
*In Eagle Vision, she will turn red for a split-second after you have assassinated Emilio Barbarigo.
*Rosa fights with a Sultan's Knife.
*It is also possible to assassinate Rosa. After the mission Everything Must Go, you might see her walking past Ezio in the guard armor she wore during the memory. Here, you can assassinate her, however it will not affect gameplay.
*The arrow that hit Rosa's leg disappears during gameplay but reappears after.
*Despite The Da Vinci Disappearance taking place in 1506, and Claudia stepping down in 1504, Rosa is not seen as the Madame of the Rosa in Fiore.

Lucy Stillman (born 1988) is a member of the Assassin Order and former genetic memory researcher, working for Abstergo Industries on the Animus project. During her time at Abstergo, she spied on the company and helped Desmond Miles escape the Abstergo Laboratory. She then aided in Desmond's training to be an Assassin, alongside Shaun Hastings and Rebecca Crane.

Biography
Early life
Before starting work with Abstergo Industries, Lucy Stillman attended a university to study cognitive neuroscience, but was forced to leave when her mentors began to hold issue with her topic of study (considered pseudoscience). Forced out of the university, she applied at a variety of locations and tried close to everything to achieve employment, at one point joking to Desmond, "I was this close to waiting tables."

Eventually, she was contacted by Dr. Warren Vidic, who offered her a position at Abstergo Industries. She accepted the offer, and began working with Dr. Vidic on his Animus project immediately. For the first three years, Lucy was largely responsible for the design of a number of the Animus's functions and interfaces. While Lucy was on fairly cordial and friendly terms with a few other employees at Abstergo, such as Richard, these same individuals were later ordered to have Lucy killed, before Vidic intervened, seeing her as a valuable employee.

Working for Abstergo
Lucy was first seen after she pulled Desmond out of the Animus, seeing that his subconscious would not let him view the specific memory that Abstergo wanted. As Warren explained to Desmond what the Animus does and what genetic memories are, she explained Abstergo's goal without revealing too much information to Desmond.

In between sessions, Lucy asked Desmond questions concerning his past, or answered Desmond's questions with what little she could reveal about Abstergo's goals. Lucy also mentions that he was not the only person Abstergo was detaining, and that she too was an unfortunate captive. She then told him a story of how, in the past, Abstergo had decided to silence her, to keep her from speaking about the Animus; but before her assailants could commit her murder, they were ordered to stand down by Dr. Warren Vidic. She claimed that he had saved her life that day, and she told Desmond not to judge Dr. Vidic so harshly, as he was under a lot of pressure.

As more time passed on, Lucy leaves the access codes behind in Desmond's wardrobe, so that he could finally leave his room. On top of the Animus, Desmond found Lucy's pen, which was also left there for him to find. This gave him access to her computer, in order to read her emails. Later, Lucy revealed to Desmond that she is also an Assassin and was only undercover to learn more about Abstergo's plans.

When Desmond finished his time in the Animus, reliving the memories of Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad, three Abstergo Executives, along with Warren, decided to kill Desmond, seeing as they had already retrieved the information they needed. Lucy intervened, and convinced them to keep Desmond for more testing, as his memories could still reveal more about the locations of the Pieces of Eden. In turn, she had to leave him behind in the lab.

Escape to the Hideout
A few hours after Lucy and Vidic left, Desmond was still trapped in the lab after he had first used his new skill, Eagle Vision. Suddenly, Lucy rushed inside with stains of blood on her shirt from fighting her way through the Abstergo facility. Lucy told Desmond that there was no time to waste, and that he had to get into the Animus to retrieve the memory core data. Lucy wrote the data on a disk and decided it was time to flee. The two successfully fought their way down the facility, and made it to the parking lot. There, they found themselves confronted by guards. Quickly disposing of them, Lucy told Desmond to go into the trunk of a car "for [his] own protection." When the ride was over, the pair arrived at the hideout. Before entering the main room, Lucy told Desmond that she had brought him to the hideout to train him into an Assassin, by using the Animus 2.0 and its bleeding effect to imprint skills through Ezio Auditore da Firenze. Entering the Animus 2.0 room, Lucy's fellow Assassins, Shaun Hastings and Rebecca Crane, introduced themselves to Desmond, and set preparations for the sessions. Later in the day, Lucy evaluated Desmond's progress in between the sessions. The night after, Lucy and Desmond talked once more, where Desmond promised that he would protect her.

After Desmond made his new discovery through Ezio from the the Vault in Rome, the alarm went off as Abstergo invaded their hideout. In a rush, Lucy gave Desmond a Hidden Blade, similar to Ezio's, and made her way downstairs. When Lucy encountered Warren Vidic again in the warehouse, he reminded her that he had saved her, which was why she came to work for Abstergo in the first place. Vidic burst out in anger as he stated his disappointment in her for her "betrayal." Both Lucy and Desmond engaged in a fight with the Abstergo guards, and managed to defeat them. Vidic was last seen in the back of a truck, stating that the attack was only the beginning, and fled. When Desmond started to go after him, Lucy stopped him and said that they will bring Vidic to justice for what he has done eventually. Lucy and the others evacuated the hideout, despite having defeated the guards from Abstergo, as their location had been revealed, and Abstergo would most likely be back with reinforcements. They left to hide out in the mountains, while Desmond was preparing to enter the Animus again to continue their search for clues. Meanwhile, Lucy continued to study the session notes to try to figure out what the "goddess" Minerva had meant, telling Desmond that everything she had feared was starting to happen.

After a long drive, the Assassins finally arrived in Monteriggioni, setting up a new hideout in the Sanctuary underneath the Villa Auditore. She and Desmond both opened the door to the Sanctuary by passing through the underground sewers and tunnels.

After Desmond relived Ezio's last memories in the Animus, the Assassins discovered that Ezio had hidden the Apple of Eden in a vault underneath Santa Maria Aracoeli. After Desmond retrieved the Apple within the vault, Juno took control of Desmond's body and said that "The Path must be opened. The scales shall be balanced." Desmond then found himself being forced to stab Lucy with his hidden blade, her fate is unknown.
Let me guess, you're more the in-bed-at-six type.
In contrast to Warren Vidic's personality, Lucy is a warm and appreciative individual with a bright personality. She always lends encouraging words and sympathy towards Desmond Miles, though it obviously irritates him sometimes. At times, when Warren Vidic attempts to force Desmond to go deeper to the Animus memory, Lucy will stop him from going and plead with Vidic to allow Desmond to rest, showing her caring personality.

During Assassin's Creed II, it is shown that she is cunning and resourceful for keeping Desmond's night-time explorations of the Animus room secret, but becomes irate or worried under too much pressure. She becomes sensitive to the death of her colleagues, particularly her friend Leila Marino, her role in Subject 16's loss of sanity, and the stress over the death of two more teams (eight Assassins) in the field.

Trivia
* She is modeled after and voiced by Kristen Bell.
* The achievement "Conversationalist" can be unlocked in the Xbox 360 version of Assassin's Creed by talking to Lucy every time Desmond exits the Animus. Note that you must talk to her completely, until she says that she's too busy to talk, or asks if he's tired.
* Lucy's character model is drastically altered between games. In the first Assassin's Creed, she is dressed in appropriate business attire. In Assassin's Creed II, her clothes are much more casual, and she has a slightly more curvaceous figure, and different facial structure, with larger eyes and lipstick. Lucy's eyes also go from blue-grey to completely blue. In Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, her model is again altered, looking closer to the first game's version, and wearing a brown jacket over her clothes from Assassin's Creed II.
* In Assassin's Creed II, it is revealed that she is a very successful fighter, taking down many Abstergo guards while she and Desmond were escaping the Hideout, and in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, she is seen to have a similar level of free-running abilities to Desmond and his ancestors.
*It is implied throughout Assassin's Creed II and Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood that Lucy and Desmond have feelings for each other. There is evidence of this by her caring for his well-being due to the Bleeding Effect, as well as hugging him and saying that she's glad he's with the Assassins, before Desmond's training.
**In Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, an email she received from William M. also further implies that Lucy has feelings for Desmond. The message states that she should not keep Desmond out of danger "just because of feelings she may or may not have" for him.
*In Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Lucy has Assassin's Creed: Project Legacy up on her computer in the Sanctuary, currently set to the memory sequence for Mario Auditore.
*Lucy's email password in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood is "Juno57". This proves to be foreshadowing, as Juno is the one who controls Desmond to seemingly kill Lucy.
*In Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, after the credits roll, there is no blood next to Lucy's body, and the Apple appears to be in her hands. This may mean that Lucy was healed by the Apple of Eden.

*After the credits roll, there is no blood next to Lucy's body, and the Apple appears to be in her hands. This may mean that Lucy was healed by the Apple of Eden.
