As ''[[Assassin's Creed Brotherhood]]'' is the first in the [[Assassin's Creed Series|series]] to feature a multiplayer layer( if you dont count the assasins creed multiplayer game for ipod/iphone) there are many multiplayer characters that are playable. This lists all of those that have been confirmed, as well as those that have been seen, but are yet to be confirmed by Ubisoft. Most of them will also be present as targets for [[Ezio Auditore da Firenze|Ezio]] to kill in the singleplayer.
