If they woud've wanted to take it to new level of jerkass, they could've easily make claims for reparations....not that they would've had any legal merit to do so, since Beiswenger hasn't obviously caused anykind of damage to them and Assasin's creed 3 may proceed as planned, so it would've been just a payback. But so far Ubisoft is reasonable in what they want.</div>
