'''Daniel Cross''' is the protagonist of ''[[Assassin's Creed: The Fall]]'', a comic-book series set in the Russian Revolution.

==Biography==
Daniel Cross,an ex-convict, recovering drug addict and alcoholic, had been experiencing painfully realistic [[Bleeding effect|visions]] from a past life for an undetermined amount of time. As he didn't know how to control these visions, he went crazy and soon found himself sitting in a psychiatrist's office.

Some time later, he was contacted by the [[Modern Times|modern day]] [[Assassins|Order of Assassins]], who told him that he was suffering from the "[[Bleeding effect]]" and was thus viewing the memories of one of his ancestors: the Assassin [[Nikolai Orelov]]. As both the Assassin Order and Daniel himself were curious about his ancestor's memories (namely what happened during the [[Tunguska Explosion|Tunguska event]]), Daniel was placed in an [[Animus]] to find out more about them.

*His first name "Daniel" means "Judgment of God" or "God's Judgment" in Hebrew.
*It has been revealed by the developers of the comic that Daniel will play "a significant role" in the story of [[Desmond Miles]].
