The Abstergo laboratory was a special laboratory built by Abstergo Industries specifically for their Animus project. The Animus device itself was located in a the center of the laboratory, with Warren Vidic's desk located nearby, overlooking the Animus machine. Besides the Animus chamber, the laboratory consisted of other rooms and devices such as a conference room, bedroom, bathroom, and Animus terminal. Cryptic Messages could be seen throughout room through the use of Eagle Vision.

The landscape outside the laboratory was extremely bright. However, the building housing it was clearly in an urban environment, surrounded by skyscrapers. The laboratory was found on its fourth floor.

Abstergo Offices
During their escape, Lucy and Desmond exited the laboratory and made a path towards its underground parking lot. Similar its the lab, the rest of the Abstergo building was decorated in a modern-industrial style with overhead pipes and ventilation clearly visible, but minimalist detail elsewhere. There were numerous servers and computers found throughout its offices. Several small windows gave a glimpse into the world outside the office, showing a terrace garden surrounding a large part of the building.

As the two Assassins took an elevator down to another floor, they traversed through a floor of cubicles. These cubicles were each sealed with glass doors, although at the time, nobody was working in them. This may have indicated that employees were evacuated from the area once Abstergo learned that Lucy and Desmond were escaping. Furthermore, the pair only encountered security guards. The rows of cubicles also contained several Animus machines.
Trivia
*The building appears to be based somewhere in Vatican City. This is evidenced by the license plate codes in the car park as well as Italian words appearing at both the warehouse hideout and in the basement car park, where an Italian sign states the clearance height for cars and a notice marking Vidic's parking spot.
*The laboratory itself is located in the Research Wing of the building, as confirmed by one of the guards informing security of Desmond and Lucy's escape.
*The Abstergo laboratory appears as a DLC room on PlayStation® Home
The Ottoman Jester is a multiplayer character for the upcoming game Assassin's Creed: Revelations.

Ubisoft, in their reveal of the Animus Edition of Assassin's Creed: Revelations, describes the Ottoman Jester as a character from Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (the Harlequin) revamped with a "Constantinople flavor".

Similar to his counter-part, the Ottoman Jester uses two thin daggers as his primary weapon.

Unique Moves
(Bench Kill)

The Ottoman Jester grabs his seated target's foot and drags them off the bench, until their head rests against it. Before his victim can do anything to defend themselves, the Ottoman Jester forcefully kicks them in the face, violently sending their head backwards and breaking his target's neck on the bench behind them.

(Aerial Kill)

<span style="font-style: italic;">The Ottoman Jester leaps on his target pulling out his daggers in mid air before forcing his target's body brutally to the ground and stabbing them repetitivly on the ground with his daggers, leaving the target with no escape and then takes his leave.</span>
Castel Gandolfo is a small Italian town in Lazio, 30km south-east of Rome. It is best known as the summer residence of the Pope, and is a multiplayer location in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.

Mostly ground-based, the multiplayer gameplay is a mixture of hide and seek, followed by frequent chases. Railings and balconies also offer perfect spots for air assassinations. Small tent tops are mostly the only things players can climb up to, and the large interior hosts many hiding places.

Castel Gandolfo seems to be in permanent party mode, though this is presumably because the Pope may be at the palace.

Castel Gandolfo consists of 10 rooms and a courtyard which make for a great hide and seek death chase.

Castel Gandolfo was 1/3 maps in the Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood multiplayer beta.
Leandros (died 1511) was a member of the Templar Order and the leader of a small Byzantine faction.

By 1511, his forces had overrun the Assassins' fortress of Masyaf. When Ezio Auditore da Firenze visited the city, his forces attacked him and eventually managed to capture him. They later led him to be executed, and Leandros personally tied the noose around Ezio's neck.

As soon as he did so, though, Ezio lunged back at him and managed to escape. Later, Leandros was assassinated by Ezio on one of Masyaf's rooftops.

Leandros looks very similar to Robert de Sable suggesting that he might be his decendant.
