As [[Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood]] is the first in the [[Assassin's Creed Series|series]] to feature a multiplayer layer, there are many Multiplayer characters that are playable. This lists all of those that have been confirmed, as well as those that have been seen, but are yet to be confirmed by Ubisoft. They will also be present as targets for Ezio to kill in the singleplayer.

==Multiplayer Modes==
Two multiplayer modes are confirmed for the Beta Wanted mode which is a cat and mouse free for all and Alliance in which 2 assassins are teamed up to hunt other teams of 2 assassins.

==Trivia==
*There is a Navy Blue Barber next to the Blacksmith on the first Picture.

*If you look closely in the picture of the Doctor killing the Courtesan, you can see, to the right of the hunter, the "caramel hunter," the supposed female hunter variant. Also, you can see to the left of the Harlequin, what seems to be a female Harlequin.
*The characters have different skins which people believe to be female characters. At the Brotherhood beta at Gamescom 2010 you randomly received a skin.
*Every character can be further customized as the player reaches higher levels. (see the third screenshot for examples)
*There is what appears to be a white-clothed female hunter in the third picture on the far right. Once again this character has not been confirmed to be playable.
*In the demo there are only 2 civilian types in multiplayer mode the heralds and merchants.
