'''Juno''' was a member of the [[First Civilization]]. She is portrayed as a holographic form, appearing four times to [[Desmond Miles]] throughout the end of ''[[Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood]]'' after completing the path through the [[Colosseum]]. First after passing through the first hidden entrance, second while Desmond is approaching the second hidden entrance, third after entering and flipping the switch inside the [[Santa Maria Aracoeli]], and lastly inside the Vault beneath the Santa Maria Aracoeli. Juno further expands [[Minerva]]'s warning at the end of ''[[Assassin's Creed II]]'', though her dialogue is also noticibly more hostile in tone towards humanity than Minerva's. Once Desmond, [[Lucy Stillman|Lucy]], [[Shaun Hastings|Shaun]] and [[Rebecca Crane|Rebecca]] reach the [[Apple of Eden|Apple]]'s location in the Vault, Juno forcefully takes control of Desmond, forcing him to unwillingly strike Lucy with his [[Hidden Blade]].
