Revamp

Eagle Vision is an ability that Ezio, Altaïr, Desmond Miles and presumably others of Assassin lineage possess. The user is able to instinctively sense how people and objects relate to him, which manifests as a colored glowing.

Assassin's Creed
To use Eagle Vision, the player must press the Head button. Depending on control settings, the Head button will most likely be either (for Playstation 3), Y (for Xbox 360), or E (for PC default layout). In addition, the Synchronization bar must be at its current maximum capacity, otherwise pressing the Head button will instead result in a first-person view with no extra benefits.

At the end of Assassin's Creed, Desmond gains the ability to use Eagle Vision outside of the Animus. He sees Lucy glowing blue and Warren Vidic glowing red. Using Eagle Vision will also reveal Cryptic Messages Subject 16 wrote with his own blood in the Abstergo Laboratory.

Eagle Vision Coloring
*Red = Enemies
*Blue = Allies
*White = Sources of information/hiding places
*Gold = Targets

Assassin's Creed II
Ezio, like Altair, was able to use Eagle Vision. It is used to detect and scan Glyphs from Desmond's perspective.
In a glyph narration from Subject 16, he says, "Behold the Assassins, the children of two worlds! Why do we have these gifts? Because it's in our blood!" This implies that because Altaïr, Ezio, Desmond and Subject 16 all have Eagle Vision, their bloodline is connected to Those Who Came Before. This theory can be supported by the fact that both Subject 16's blood and light patterns in The Vault glow when seeing with Eagle vision

Trivia
*An Assassin guard in the Kingdom can be seen as glowing red, but reacts as all other guards do. This guard was originally supposed to have aided Masun in betraying the Brotherhood, but the sequence where Altaïr assassinates him was cut from the final game, leaving him as a minor easter-egg.
*A mini-game in the Assassin's Creed room of Playstation Home features an Eagle Vision puzzle, which when completed opens up the Hideout.
*In the original Assassin's Creed game, movement was prohibited while using Eagle Vision, and the player was required to be at maximum syncronization
}}
Cristina Vespucci (born sometime in 1459), was a well-known Florentine beauty and a favorite of painters, most notably Botticelli, who used her as a model for several of his paintings. Records kept by her father's guards indicate Ezio visited her quite frequently, and that he was "unbelievably dexterous", as the guards were never able to catch him trespassing.

In addition to her looks, Cristina also seems to have been somewhat responsible for jump-starting the career of her cousin, Amerigo. At a dinner party attended by Cristina and, among other illustrious guests, Lorenzo de' Medici, she was reputed to have been in conversation with Lorenzo and Manfredo Soderini about her cousin's brilliance as a sailor.

Well, apparently, she exaggerated her importance slightly to impress Lorenzo, and Lorenzo, charmed by her beauty, agreed to hire her. "Try Amerigo out. I bet after several years you'll have your shipping company named after him," she's reported to have joked. Years later, Amerigo Vespucci would be the first to map out the New World, resulting in it being named after him.

Relationship with Ezio
She was both a noblewoman and a student, and one of Ezio's love interests. [[Ezio|
]]Ezio visits her after completing a race to the cathedral rooftops with his brother, Federico Auditore, at the beginning of the game. Ezio climbs up to her bedroom window and sleeps with her. The morning after, Cristina's father walks in on them in bed, Ezio jumps out the window, telling him to understand for a moment; her father sends guards to kill him, but eventually escapes from them.
Trivia
*Whilst in the game her family and herself bear the name "Vespucci", in the novel Assassin's Creed: Renaissance, "Calfucci" is the name used rather than the one used in the game. In fact, the history shows that she is rather known as "Simonetta Vespucci", which leaves the name "Cristina Calfucci" as a probability of her Italian name.
*Her relationship with Ezio is depicted to be somehow more intimate in the novel; as in contrary with what is shown in the game. Furthermore, it is told in the novel that she and Ezio love each other very deeply, which brings Ezio furious when he finds out that she has been killed by Savonarola's men.
The Kingdom is currently acting as the open battlefield of the Third Crusade, where Saracens and Crusaders constantly clash. *When you're leaving Masyaf for the first time, one of the Assassins in Kingdom is glowing red while using Eagle Vision on him. But when you attack him, other Assassins will attack you.
**This assassin is actually Jamal, the traitor inside the order that along with Masun opened the gates for the Templar attack at Masyaf.
