*To get the "Conversationalist" achievement, you must talk to Lucy until she says she has to work, or asks if you are tired. If even one piece of dialogue is missed, the game must be replayed to unlock the achievement.
*For the achievement "Disciple of the Creed," some assume that the requirement is full health. This is a common misconception, as the memory log it refers to are the 10 bars that make up the entire assassination memory. They may be categorized into the following:
