[[File:Barber.jpg|thumb|The Barber.]]The '''Barber''' (real name: '''Baltasar de Silva''') is a multiplayer character in ''[[Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood]]'', who uses a sharp [[razor]] as his primary weapon. [[Ubisoft]] stated that he will make an appearance in the single player mode of ''Brotherhood'' along with the other multiplayer characters.

In Project Legacy it is revealed that he partnered with Fiora Cavazza to investigate the assassins. Though he failed to tail his prey he was able to observe his technique, clothing, and hidden blade and took notes eagerly.

==Unique moves==
===The Straight Shave===
The barber strikes his target's stomach, causing the target to fall to his/her knees. He then holds their chin, causing the neck to extend, takes out his razor and slices the target's throat. The target then falls to the ground, dead.

===The Cut-Throat Razor===
The barber fluidly side steps in front of his target as he delivers a lethal slash with his razor to the neck.

===The Double Swipe===
As he walks towards his target, the barber swiftly pulls out his razor and delivers a double slice to the neck, effectively ending their life.

==Trivia==
*The barber bears a certain resemblance to [[wikipedia:Johnny Depp|Johnny Depp]]'s portrayal of [[wikipedia:Sweeney Todd|Sweeney Todd]], the Demon Barber of Fleet Street. They both kill people with razors, and have black hair with streaks of white in them.
*He was originally called the Butcher.
*His surname, "de Silva," means "of the forest," which is possibly a reason for his emerald green apparel.
*He also bears a striking resemblance to Gangs of New Yorks' Bill "The Butcher" Cutting.

The '''Doctor''' (real name: '''Malfatto''') is a multiplayer character in ''[[Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood]]'', who uses a [[syringe]] as his primary weapon.

His outfit highly resembles the ones worn by doctors during the plague, and appears black in the dark. His face is concealed by a mask, therefore making his true identity unknown. His outfit is different from what the doctors wear in ''[[Assassin's Creed II]]'', most noticeably due to the shorter beak of his mask.

Ubisoft has said that he will make an appearance in the single player mode of ''Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood'' along with the other multiplayer characters.

He appeared in Project Legacy where it is revealed he is in the employ of Cesare Borgia and is known to terrorize women. Fiora Cavazza called him a "monster".

===Lethal Injection===
The Doctor charges at his target from behind and swiftly thrusts his syringe into the target's shoulder, injecting poison into their system. Before the victim can realize what has happened, they collapse to the ground and die silently. The Doctor can also perform a similar move from the front of the victim, where he thrusts the syringe into the victim's neck.

===The Eye Stab===
The Doctor charges and jumps onto his target, injecting the syringe into their eye and causing death.

*Malfatto is an Italian surname that may derive from the Italian word ''malfattore'' or "someone who does evil deeds."
