You'll see a chest on the right side, behind a fence... that is NOT the correct chest (I saw one picture, think it's here, that claims you get it after solving this room. THAT IS WRONG- you'll go get the chest now). Now, turn to the right, and there will be a tunnel entrance on the right side wall. Enter there, loot the chest for the Shrunken Head.<br /> <br /> I've read you need to complete the memory to get the item, so just finish up now.</div>
