Lia de Russo worked for [[Cesare Borgia]], supplying him with various rare objects and contraband. Some time between 1500 and 1503, she was visited by [[Fiora Cavazza]] on Cesare's behalf and she was given some objects by order of Cesare.<ref name="Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood" /><br />

In 1503, a civilian informed the [[Assassins|Assassin]] [[Ezio Auditore da Firenze]] of Lia's activities. Ezio sought out Lia, chased her down and killed her.<br />
